Awful I ordered some speaker brackets from Stone Audio and they sent me the wrong type. This wasn't necessarily such a big issue as mistakes do happen but it was the following events that were quite despicable. Not only did I have to wait 2 weeks for the correct pair of speaker brackets but the communication from the company is non-existent. I actually lost count the amount of times I had to call and email them and when I did they just lied to me. I'm still waiting on a refund for postage I had to pay for to get the wrong brackets back to them so they could send the correct ones out. It's now over 4 weeks and I'm still waiting. If you're thinking of using this company I strongly suggest you go elsewhere as their customer service is horrific.
