...SO - We placed an order for flyers and uploaded the files on Monday. AFTER RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION I went on vacation (returning a week later) and thought the flyers would be on my doorstep upon my return.
After not receiving the order that following Monday, I called to check the status and to my surprise, they have "NO RECORDS" of this order. NONE. ZIP. NADA.
I called my credit card company - sure enough - credit card charge from Synergistic Concepts (The True Company Name). I called back and said "you charged me, where are my flyers?" After I get the run around for about a day and a half (with promises to return my calls, of course) my request was never fulfilled. I asked for a supervisor, they BS and said their "merchant" is the one who does billing and they must have billed me but never gotten the order.
I say - "no problem, your mistake, go ahead a give me the okay that you'll ship the order over night and I'll resubmit the file". "Well sir", they said "I can't approve that. It would be up to the owner of the company. I'll explain the situation to him and have him get right back to you".
Another day goes by and I finally get this worthless sack Mr. Palmer, on the phone. Of course, when I start telling him the story, it's the first he's heard of it. So I say "you admit you made a mistake right?" - "Well no not really, it was our merchant who made the error" (NOTE: Not taking responsibility at all). So I tell him, "look all I want is my flyers for my event, which is now only two weeks away. Tell me you'll ship them overnight and our problem is solved". "I'm not going to do that sir". I say "well you do that or I'm going to spread the word to everyone I know nationwide how much of a worthless lying company you are." He says "I don't care, do you think this is the first time this has happened"?
So I'm now sitting here, with only 2 weeks to promote, with still no refund from this company. They still say there is no record of the order even though I faxed them a copy of my credit card statement with the charge on it.
So that's what I'm doing.
Bottom line - DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ACIDFLYERS.COM - EVER!!!
