It is extremly difficult to get support from your techs in India.They do not speak English well.They are arrogant[i had 1 hang up on me]and giving them English names ie. "Dave" etc. is an insult to our intelligence!Also. they are not well trained. I spent 40 minutess with one before i got to a Supervisor, who could not help either.
