One star is really too high, but that's as low as this site allows. After a confusing booking process, they refused to correct an error in the issued ticket. They referred me to 4 different places in their customer service chain and at every step tried to push me to the airline, when it was a booking not an airline problem. Their people were highly rude and, in the end, refused to to anything at all to correct the problem. I have never had such a negative customer service experience before. I would never consider using Airfare.com again, regardless of the price.
