The site has a very big problem. Not only with logging on issues, but when you are logged on (finally) the site will all of a sudden kick you off or freeze up. There doesn't see to be any ryhme nor reason as to why or when it will do it!
While the concept is great - it only creates frustration to users because the website needs to be improved. My kids suddenly loose interest and don't want to play with their virtual pets due to connectivity problems. It would seem to me that Webkinz World would try to address this problem. But perhaps the money is all in first time purchasers who don't know the problems they will encounter on the website so Webkinz doesn't fix the site.
