hey i am a 14 year old kid and i have about 20 webkinz. and sometimes i also have loading problums. but i still love it as much as my dog. my dogs names r snoopy and haley... but they are just as cute as the webkinz german shepard.now i have a turtle and a fish... but now thats another story. Now i think webkinz.com is the best site ever. but i never get on it. my username is nicky 7889. and nicky 1226... bye. have a great day!

My experience so far (since April) has been the same as everyone else here. I also recieved the email from "Marcos Silva" with his statement about not getting my money back. I have filed with the BBB of New York and IC3. What I spent was no small chunk of change. And I get nothing. They get my money and I get nothing. Honestly, I don't believe ANY of the positive reviews here. They were probably posted by employees of TDJG. And as far as glitches go, it doesn't take SIX MONTHS to refund money. I've cancelled orders before with REPUTABLE companies and the refund was immediate!!
