If you are not tired to speaking to someone in India when you have a question, I believe that you are in the minority!!! I called with programming questions and got no where. They finally hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone in America. I too am tired of the paid advertisement channels with very little truly watchable movies, etc. If you do get a movie, it has been listed for the last 6-7 months. For a service you have to pay for, you keep paying and paying!
