I made the mistake of booking with Cheapo air this December and I have certainly learned my lesson. First of all I never write these sorts of complaints or participate online but my experience was so poor- I had to act. First of all they changed my flight on me on the way there, which was annoying but manageable. Then they changed my flight on the way home, added an additional stop over and 9 hour layover. I was frustrated and tried to change the flight with no luck and rude customer service. After arriving for my layover, I discover my flight hasn't been booked and am left with nothing. It didn't hurt that I saw there was a flight connecting to my destination in Toronto through Air Canada that was perfect for my sched. but somehow Cheapoair thought booking a long and delayed route and cancelling it was a better alternative. I was stuck flightless in LA and put up in a hotel by a sympathetic airline employee. I then arrive today only to find out there are more problems. In short- if you are looking to have the worst flight experience of all time, book with CheapoAIR!!!
