booked tickets/ Would not accept my full name, but I was asked if it needed to be changed at the end of the process. I did, but got the confirmation under only partial name. Called customer service, somewhere in India, and was told over and over: Your ticket is non refundable. We cannot change it. Why did you book it on the web? The powerless customer rep said that he had put in a request, but felt nothing could be done, which means I am possibly out a total of $4000 for the cost of the hotels I have booked and the flight. I notice that the only positive reviews seem to be from Cheap'o air representatives. If one reads this, my reservation nr is X3YSN4. Please fix this mess.
