I THINK YOUR WEBSITE IS ABOUT AS USELESS AS YOUR TELEPHONE SYSTEM.
YOU HAVE AUTOMATED PHONES THAT GO NOWHERE EXCEPT AROUND AND AROUND.
THEN I TRY TO PAY A FINE ON LINE, AND GET HIT WITH A ANOTHER CHARGE FOR GOING TO TRAFFIC SCHOOL,PLUS A CONVIENCE FEE. THIS IS SO OUTLANDISH, IT SHOULD BE LABLED AS A SCAM,NOT A SERVICE FOR CITIZENS.I WAITED FOR A "COURTESY NOTICE" UNTIL 14 DAYS BEFORE EXPIRATION OF TIME TO PAY THE TICKET. AND THEN WILL COME ANOTHER $300 JUST FOR BEING LATE. THIS IS A RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. YOUR WHOLE SYSTEM SUX, AND YOU SHOULD BE BEFORE A JUDGE FOR THEFT. I THINK THIS SYSTEM SHOULD BE THROWN IN THE TOILET WHERE IT BELONGS!!!

The site would be taken more seriously with a better name and postings that cover all subject areas, not just a bashing site. Who wants to go to a site to bash your own hometown? Some do, but it gets old fast. Why not a more neutral approach where everyone can talk about issues/concerns/ideas/good things as they occur? The lack of participation also shows the rampant apathy that exists in Pocatello.
