For anyone who is posting a good review...really if you have only booked a couple of flight EVER.just read above and below your reviews in EVERY case...you aer surrounded my the reality that cheapo air sucks! I booked a flight for my eldrely parents.the nightmare began when my parents arrived with an itinerary that was confirmed and printed 12 hourws prior. They were told their flight did not exist. So they are stranded at an airport. After being on hold for 1,25 hours I am told that they will call me back because "they have no idea how this happened" I can't believe this is happening after spending $2,ooo with these people. Actually I can believe it, I just need to look around. But they messed with the wrong person, my best friend who is a correspondant for cnn is working on a story based on many "unhappy people" and what cheapoair stands for. She is also a journalist at the intelligencer journal (which is where she received the letters).Good luck Cheapoair!
