I have gone online to order and in the store itself. It took all day to order online. They did not get the order right and kept getting my password and name screwed up. I had to call on the phone and then I was disconnected several times and put to the wrong dept each time. It was finally resolved but it took all day. And the customer service at the store and on the phone has alot of improvement needed. The credit card dept is also rude. We will not renew our membership and we closed our account. There are to many good stores online and out in retail that are great to deal with. Sams is not one of them !!
