BEWARE - had a horrible experience. Find another service. I have a newsletter list of about 12K people that I've been sending newsletters out to regularly - it's a double opt in/opt out system so I know the names are good. I needed to speed up the sending so I looked into various services and according to many review sites online Icontact was the best. I set up an account. I sent one message and 68 AOL spam messages came back and they closed my list. Their customer service person told me I'd have to reverify ALL aol members on my list - which I initially agreed to and he send me a note saying everything was back to normal and he sent me the instructions to reverify. Upon going back to my list I discovered it was still closed. I had to call support and was told to wait for a message from this customer service rep. When it finally came he said he was "premature" in his original email saying the list was cleared. What transpired was him asking questions about how I got the names, what websites I used to collect the names, he made disparaging comments on the actual contents of my previous newsletters I had sent out on the old system and then at the end demanded I reverify EVERY SINGLE MEMBER of my email list.
Don't even bother with this company; as much as their service is touted as wonderful by the review sites; I'm sure whomever reviewed them really didn't have a real mailing list to send out a newsletter to. Try that and see what a nightmare this service really is.
