We ordered a dress and when it arrived the beads were falling off. We returned for a different dress and the same dress was sent again. After contacting the company again they said send us the dress back and then we will send you another dress.. I do have to say that we had trouble with the timing on the first dress return and the company did allow for the time.. The company would not send out the replacement until they received the previous dress and then shipped it standard and not overnight.. at this point prom is 3 days away. We received the dress and it had a tear in the rear seam and had a stain. I contacted the company and they said if I returned it immediately they would credit us. At this point it is the day before prom so we ended up having to pay to repair the dress and have it cleaned.. So we had two different dresses that were faulty.. Be careful with this company.. oh and they don't send packing receipts with replacements.. they were worried about paper waste..
