I started using cheapoair when I noticed airline tickets were usually cheaper than on other sites but now I just stick with Orbitz or Priceline or the other mainstream sites. Cheaper is not always better as I painfully learned last year when nasty winter weather messed up my travel plans because one flight I booked through cheapoair could not fly in on time for me to catch another flight also booked through cheapoair. Called up their customer service to see if anything could be done and though the lady was sympathetic and admitted it wasn't my fault I was told basically that I was on my own. Cost me over $2000 to book another flight last minute. Not even if tickets were to sell for half the price on other travel sites, would I be tempted to book through them again.
