Absolutely appalling Stay far away from this company, Wednesday, August 19, 2009 @ 3:20:00 PM
After hours spent choosing flowers, I ordered an arrangement for a family members funeral. I received a message from bloomex confirming address, payment etc. Then I received a please contact message. I went online to their help line as indicated. I tried for hours with no result. I finally left an email, no response. The flowers did not arrive at the funeral home, they did not even arrive for the funeral!! In what was already a sad occassion, this company made it so much worse! We were the only family members without floral representation! When you can't be there, it is nice to know that your flowers were there. I finally got a hold of someone today who confirmed the flowers were not sent, but could not tell me why or offer a refund. I was told a customer service rep. would be in touch asap. Okay, 5 hours later, two phone messages, emails and I am still waiting. The customer service of this company is so bad it can not even be rated. I advise you to stay far away from this company. Call a local store or do ftd. Do not use Bloomex if you want complete satisfaction, you will be sorely disappointed.
