virtually all other companies include a backup client. if u need to purce veritas or the like it can costs hundreds of dollars!
checkout www.onlinebackupvault.com they give out the software for free INCLUDING backup software for Exchange and SQL!!! plus i dont see any info here regarding OS, which apps they can backup etc..they need more info on their page

i am not that familiar with xdrive... i have found that many of these companies use indian or 3rd party support and not staffed by IT consultants.. I like www.onlinebackupvault.com they are owned and staffed by an IT company.. there are a few others also that are good out there... i have found especially with the cheapy services they dont have phone support and sub par email support

I have about 75-80 clients in the NY, NJ area... i for years used ibackup for my clients (which is same as idrive) i then migrated everyone to different places as i found IBackup to be expensive and with a million option workgroup, economy, prof etc was to complicated.. there service was decent but had issues with certain file types when they grew to be 1 gig +. the cheapy services get me a little worried as i remember the 90's with all the .com busts and im scared to have my data sitting in a place like that... i now am a big fan of the pay services such as www.onlinebackupvault.com they offer a nice good reliable online secure data backup service... i checked out nurmerous other packages as well.. alot seem decent. however obv is my favorite.. please post which other services u like... i am not married to obv and truth is i would prob like to keep my customers on a couple of different providers
