I would like to retract my previous posting "never use them"! I have received the e-mail from customer service. CheapOair promised to refund the $300 dollars extra charge. Thank you for that!! So I believe CheapOair is a responsible company who cares about its customers. For this reason, I would like to retract my posting. Thanks again CheapOair :D.

Really. Don't book from cheapOair!! A lot of fees. they charge for everything, even the wrong change that they made! I was charged $300 for a flight change.
